How to Apply Background Picture in PowerPoint
Click the slide that you want to apply a background style to. On the Design tab, in the Background group, click Background Styles, then click Format Background. Click Fill, then click Picture or texture fill. To insert a picture from a file, click File, and double-click the picture that you want to insert. Click Close.
How to Apply Background Picture in Keynote
Open the Inspector, go to the second tab (Slide inspector), then click the Appearance sub tab. Click Choose on the Image fill option, and choose your image.
